We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our dedicated team of fundraising experts. In this position, you will help develop the strategy and creative for our nonprofit clients’ fundraising campaigns. Working as part of a multi-channel team, you will help generate and implement innovative fundraising campaigns for our nonprofit clients. You will become intimately familiar with your clients’ mission - and they will come to rely on your fundraising expertise – as you work together to build and grow a strong and committed donor file. The ideal candidate should have 2 years’ experience working in fundraising and/or direct marketing. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented team-player, able to manage multiple projects and with strong written and verbal communication skills. The salary range is $52,000-55,000. Objective of the Position 
The role of the Account Coordinator is to assist in the implementation of all areas of the direct response fundraising strategy for non-profit organizations. 

Job Summary 
The Account Coordinator is responsible for managing the steps necessary to execute a direct response fundraising effort, including: list selection and segmentation, data processing, creative development and quality control. The Account Coordinator should have a basic understanding of direct response fundraising and the ability to work as part of a team to fulfill client needs. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the production schedule to ensure that all campaigns go out on time, including inputting and updating production schedules in project management tools (when in use).
  • Assists in the development of individual campaign strategy.
  • Drafts data selects and data instructions for review by account supervisor.
  • Working on multiple teams, acts as liaison with clients, production department, creative department, digital department and analytics department and vendors to execute the campaign strategy as outlined in the Procedures Handbook.
  • Proofreads all campaign materials from proofs through setups to ensure the quality of each campaign.
  • Manages campaign results collection and ensures results are updated regularly.
  • Schedules client meetings and assists in the preparation of meeting materials.
  • Prepares and distributes meeting notes.
  • Attends training sessions including company seminars as well as industry events and conferences, in consultation with supervisor.
  • Answers door and greets visitors as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned 

Job Requirements 

  • 2 years’ experience in fundraising and/or direct marketing
  • Functional knowledge of direct response fundraising and campaign execution
  • Strong analytic and writing skills
  • Online and list experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
