The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Director to partner closely with business leaders and translate our rapidly evolving capabilities into clear, compelling marketing materials. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution.
You’ll act as the connective tissue across teams—ensuring our messaging reflects the full scope of what we’re building, from core fundraising channels to new digital offerings and self-service tools.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales and line of business leadership to develop and maintain core marketing narratives, positioning, and messaging
- Write and produce high-quality marketing materials (sales collateral, product one-pagers, decks, case studies, website content)
- Stay deeply informed on company initiatives, product updates, and go-to-market strategies
- Translate complex data-driven solutions into clear, client-facing value propositions
- Support go-to-market efforts for new offerings, including connected TV, display ads, and self-service tools
- Collaborate with sales, product and client services teams to ensure alignment and consistency
- Launch marketing campaigns with existing clients and new prospects via social media such as LinkedIN and Facebook.
- Build the DonorBureau brand through strong, compelling external messaging and marketing efforts, consistently measuring ROI and translating to revenue growth
- Lead the effort to gather, assess and consolidate existing marketing documents created over the years into a consistent message across LOBs to prepare for growth
- Help shape and evolve the company’s brand voice as we scale
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or strategic communications (preferably in SaaS, data, adtech, or fundraising/political space)
- Exceptional writer and communicator—you can make complex ideas simple and compelling
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Curious and intellectually engaged—you want to understand how things work and why
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Strong collaborator who enjoys working across teams and functions

Compensation (Tysons Corner, VA Market)
For candidates with 3–5 years of experience, a competitive range would be:
- Base Salary: $95,000 – $125,000
- Bonus / Variable: 10–20% performance-based bonus
- Total Comp Range: ~$105,000 – $150,000
